Our team includes contract and service managers, a project engineer and a dedicated project manager with significant industry experience to take on the smallest or largest of projects, from HVAC system upgrades, major repairs through to new installations.

Asset Auditing

We provide a full spectrum audit of each site to build an accurate asset register to ensure compliant maintenance is performed against an asset manufacturer’s specifications. Once completed, all assets can be individually tracked as part of the ongoing maintenance schedule.

Carbon Monoxide (CO) Testing

CO testing is essential for any site that has gas heating. CO from defective heating systems can quickly build up creating potentially life threating situations. In lower concentrations it can have an impact on the overall indoor air quality. Our technicians carry and are trained in the use of hand-held CO testing meters to test for the presence of CO within buildings.

Indoor Air Quality

We provide indoor air monitoring services to identify issues with contaminants such as particulates, mould, bacteria, and other allergens, which can have an adverse impact on the health of some individuals.

In-house Thermal Imaging as part of maintenance

We provide thermal imaging to identify temperature differences in pipe and ductwork and identify potential hotspots on switchboards, pumps and other plant that could lead to early detection of plant and equipment failures.

Essential Services

Our technicians carry out maintenance of all essential services every quarter as per the requirements of AS 1851:2012 – Routine service of fire protection systems and equipment. Additionally, our technicians are trained in the maintenance of passive fire protection systems linked to a building’s emergency controls, such as fire dampers, which prevent the spread of fire inside HVAC ductwork passing through fire-rated walls and floors.

Gas Appliances Type A/Boilers

Our team of technicians include staff that hold mandated Gas Type A appliance licences, which are essential for work on type A appliances such as gas furnace heating systems.

Building Management Systems (BMS)

We have a thorough understanding of BMS’, and are the service agent for AIRTEK, a native BACnet BMS. The BMS is used to manage the operation of a building and help diagnose issues with its air conditioning system, temperature control, air flow and air quality. As our commercial properties all have different systems, we have significant experience and can meet your BMS service requirements.

Mechanical Services and Electrical

We service all aspects of the mechanical plant and equipment, which are necessary to draw air in, heat/cool it as appropriate, and the boilers needed for water heating. We service the necessary electrical switchboards, gas supply and furnaces, plus the control mechanisms to operate the plant and equipment.

Chiller Specialists

We specialise in all aspects of the commercial air conditioning and mechanical services field and have a strong focus on chiller maintenance services. For example, we have specialist in-house chiller service technicians that have received factory training by Mitsubishi, Climaveneta, Smardt-PowerPax and Geoclima Australasia. Plus, we have service affiliate agreements with:
• Mitsubishi Electric’s Climaveneta range of products
• Smardt-PowerPax chillers and we have factory trained staff to service these chillers
• Geoclima Australasia products including chillers using Turbocor compressors as well as chillers using other forms of compression.
